Guide to Ordering Digital Photos

With our order form, you can quickly and easily order digital photos from the event you attended.

Please follow the steps below to complete your order correctly.

1. Fill Out the Order Form

Open the order form and enter the following information:

Select the Event

• Choose the event where your photo was taken from the drop-down menu.

Enter Personal Information

• Name: Enter your full name.
• Email Address: Please provide a valid email address, as your photo will be sent to you via email.

Specify Image Number(s)

• Enter the image number(s) of the desired photos.
• Important: The image number is located at the top right, under the event logo.
• If you want to order multiple photos, separate the numbers with a comma (e.g., 101, 102, 105).
• Please note:
• If an estimated image number is provided and it does not match your identity, the processing fee of €8 will still be charged.
• A refund is not possible in this case.

2. Upload Required Files

Upload a Photo for Identification

• Upload a recent photo of yourself so that we can match your order with the event images.
• This photo will only be used for verification and will be deleted after processing your order.

 

Upload Payment Receipt

• After making the payment, upload a screenshot or a photo of the payment receipt.

3. Make the Payment

The price per digital photo (JPG) is €8. You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.

• PayPal:
  Send the amount to info@epi.website and include your name and image number(s) in the payment reference.
• Bank Transfer:
  Recipient: EPI-Events Picture Imaging
  IBAN: DE42 6006 9527 0650 5000 08
  Reference: Your Name + Image Number(s)

4. Right of Withdrawal and Consent

Since these are digital products, there is no right of withdrawal once the images have been sent to you.

• Before submitting your order, you must agree to the immediate delivery and waive the right of withdrawal.

5. Submit Your Order

After filling in all the fields and uploading the required files, click "Submit Order."

6. Delivery of the Photos

Once we receive your payment and verify your order, we will send your digital photos via email within 72 hours.

If there are any questions, we will contact you.

Important:

• If the provided image number is incorrect and does not match the ordered person, the processing fee of €8 will still be charged.
• Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email with your photos within 72 hours.

7. Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions

Privacy Policy

Your personal data (name, email address, uploaded photo, and payment receipt) will only be used to process your order.

• Your identification photo will be deleted after processing the order.
• For more details on data processing, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

Terms & Conditions (T&C)

• Ordered photos will be delivered as digital files (JPG) via email.
• Delivery will take place within 72 hours after payment is received.
• No right of withdrawal applies once the images have been sent.
• The customer is responsible for providing the correct image number(s).
• If an incorrect or estimated image number is provided and does not match the identity, the €8 processing fee will still be charged. A refund is not possible in this case.
