Instructions for Ordering Digital Photos



With our order form, you can quickly and easily order digital photos from the event you attended. Please follow the steps below to complete your order correctly


1. Make Your Payment


Please first ensure that the digital photos from your event are already available
(see order form).

The price per digital photo (JPG) is €8. You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.


PayPal:
Send the amount to info@epi.website and include your name and the photo number(s) in the payment reference.


Bank Transfer:
Recipient: EPI-Events Picture Imaging

Reference: Your Name + Photo Number(s)



2. Fill Out the Order Form


Open the order form and provide the following information:

Select Event
Choose the event from the dropdown menu where your photo was taken.

Enter Personal Details
Name: Enter your full name.
Email Address: Please provide a valid email address, as your photo(s) will be sent there.

Enter Photo Number(s)
Enter the number(s) of the desired photo(s).
Important: The photo number is located at the top right under the event logo.
If ordering multiple photos, separate the numbers with a comma (e.g., 101, 102, 105).

Upload a Photo for Identification
Upload a recent photo of yourself so we can match your request with the taken photos.
This photo will be used for verification purposes only and will be deleted after your order is processed.

Upload Payment Confirmation
After making your payment, upload a screenshot or photo of the payment receipt.



Please Note:
If an estimated photo number is provided and it does not match your identity, the processing fee of €8 will still be charged.
A refund is not possible in this case.



3. Right of Withdrawal and Consent


As this involves digital content, there is no right of withdrawal once the photos have been sent to you.

Before submitting your order, you must agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.



4. Submit Your Order


Once you have filled in all the fields and uploaded the required files, click “Submit Order”.



5. Delivery of Photos


After we receive your payment and verify the order, we will send the digital photos to you via email within 72 hours.
If we have any questions, we will contact you.

Attention: If the provided photo number is incorrect and does not match the person in the photo, the processing fee of €8 will still be charged.
Note: Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive the email with your photos within 72 hours.

6. Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions


Privacy Policy
Your personal data (name, email address, uploaded photo, and payment receipt) will be used exclusively to process your order.
Your identification photo will be deleted after the order has been processed.

Terms & Conditions

  • Ordered photos will be delivered as digital files (JPG) via email.
  • Delivery takes place within 72 hours after receipt of payment.
  • There is no right of withdrawal once the images have been delivered.
  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct photo number(s).
  • If an incorrect or estimated photo number is provided and does not match the identity, the processing fee of €8 will still be charged.
  • A refund is not possible in this case.
